Things You Need to Know

Refund policy:

Custom / commissioned items are non refundable. No refund on deposits once work has begun.  Non commissioned pieces may be returned at the store owner’s discretion within one week of receipt. Artwork must be in like new condition.  If applicable, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Customer will receive a refund within 48 hours of artwork receipt. If a piece of artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact store owner immediately to start a claim.  


All sold items will ship via USPS (unless otherwise stated) within three business days from receipt of payment. You will receive your tracking number via email once your item ships.
